Small Group Leader Sign Up

Attention Eastgate family! Small Groups are starting soon, and we’re excited for the upcoming Fall semester! If you’re planning to lead a group, please complete and submit the required form by August 18, 2024. This will allow us to prepare all the necessary graphics and links before registration goes live.

Remember, due to the Planning Center Forms format, the person who fills out the form will automatically be listed as the group leader. So, make sure all your details are accurate!

The Fall Small Group semester will kick off the week of September 15th and run through the week of December 8th. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to connect and grow together. We can’t wait to see what God will do in this next season!
